Therapist’s Name: Issy Hunter

Today’s Date:

Sessions

Each session lasts for 50 minutes. The date and time of the session will be agreed in advance and where possible is on the same set day and time each week.

If sessions are conducted online, I will send you a meeting link around 5 minutes before each session.

Cancelling a Session

If you're late or delayed for a session it will not be possible to extend the session beyond the usual finishing time. The time is reserved for you as agreed and is not available to others.

If you need to cancel a session, please give me as much notice as possible via email. Any session cancelled without at least 24 hours’ notice will be deemed to have taken place and will be payable. If you do not attend two consecutive sessions without notifying me, I will contact you to discuss whether your therapy may need to be brought to a close.

If I am unable to attend you will not be charged and I will endeavour to give you as much notice as possible and/or try and rearrange the session for another time.

For pre-arranged holidays I will give you as much notice as possible and would appreciate you doing the same.

The work is started on an open-ended basis, and we will incorporate regular reviews to check in on how both parties are feeling the work is progressing. We will agree a finishing date between us as appropriate.

Fees

Currently agreed fee for each session is £85. This is payable weekly ahead of each session and can be made by bank transfer.

Unless written consent is obtained from both parties, no recording (audio or visual) will take place by either the therapist or the client.
